Bliss Con 2025 is an 18+ only convention celebrating BL, GL, and LGBTQ+ media. All attendees must be 18 years of age or older by the first day of the event (November 24, 2025). Government-issued photo ID will be required at badge pickup,no exceptions.

Q: If I forget my badge at the hotel, can I still get in?
A: No. Badges must be worn at all times. No badge = no entry.

Q: Can I let my friend borrow my badge if I’m not using it?
A: No. Badges are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser.

Q: If I take a photo of my badge, can I use that instead?
A: No. Only physical badges issued by Bliss Con are valid for entry.

Q: Will there be a information desk?
A: Yes. there will be an information table near the registration desk should you have any question while on site.

Q: can i buy a ticket at the door?
A: Yes, if there are ticket still available. we will post if any ticket tier becomes unavailable or if the convention sells out.

Q: Can I resell my ticket if I can’t attend?
A: No. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Major credit and debit cards are accepted through our official ticketing partner.

Q: Can I use my school ID or library card as proof of age?
A: No. Only government-issued photo IDs (driver’s license, state ID, passport) are accepted.

Q: When and where do I pick up my badge?
A: Badge pickup will be available at on-site registration. Location and hours will be announced closer to the event.

Q: What happens if I lose my badge?
A: A one-time replacement badge can be issued for $10 with photo ID. Limit one replacement per attendee.

Q: What do I need to bring to check in?
A. Please have your ticket confirmation ready for the registration attendants to scan. This helps speed up the process of receiving your badge and any associated benefits, and is much faster than looking up your name on-site.

Q: When does check-in open?
A. Convention check-in begins at 10:00 AM daily. All attendees must check in at the Registration Booth before entering the convention space.

Q: Do I need to wear my badge inside the convention?
A. Yes. Your badge is your key to Bliss-Con! Please keep it visible and with you at all times inside the convention space. Anyone without proper credentials will be directed back to Registration to obtain their badge.

Q: Are bags allowed inside the convention?
A. Yes, but all bags are subject to search upon entry. This is for the safety of all attendees, guests, and staff.

Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
A. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please make sure to review your schedule and ticket type before purchasing.

Q: Will there be photography or filming at Bliss-Con?
A. By attending Bliss-Con, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.

Q: Is concert entry included in my ticket?
A: Concert entry is included with the Two-Day Pass and VIP Pass. One-Day Pass holders must purchase a Concert add-on.

Q: Will guest appearances be guaranteed?
A: All announced guests are scheduled to appear, but appearances may be subject to change due to travel, health, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for guest changes.

Q: Can I live-stream the concert or panels on social media?
A: No. Live-streaming is not permitted.

Q: Can I cosplay as a character who is under 18?
A: Yes, as long as you are 18 or older. Characters do not need ID, but attendees do.

Q: How do I redeem my VIP Meet & Greet (Fansign or Photo Op)?
A. Your VIP badge includes one Meet & Greet of your choice (Fansign or Photo Op). You will recieve an email with further instructions to redeem your meet & Greet Opportunity.

Q: Do VIPs get early entry?
A. VIP attendees enjoy priority entry and registration, meaning you can check in faster, access the convention floor before general attendees, and be first in for all panels and workshops. This priority entry is not extended to any meet & Greet experience.

Q: Do VIPs get reserved seating?
A. Absolutely. VIP passes include reserved seating for select panels, main events, and the closing concert. Look for VIP-designated areas and arrive early to secure your spot.

Q: What comes in the VIP Mini Bag?
A. Each VIP will receive an exclusive Mini Bag containing Bliss-Con goodies and keepsakes. Contents may vary, but all are designed exclusively for VIPs.

Q: Can I purchase additional Meet & Greet sessions?
A. Yes, additional Meet & Greets and Photo Ops may be purchased separately, while supplies last. Availability is limited, so we recommend securing your extras early.

Q: Do VIPs still need to register at the Registration Booth?
A. Yes. All attendees, including VIPs, must check in at the Registration Booth to pick up their badge, Mini Bag, and any another benefits.

2. Age Requirement

  • Entry is restricted to attendees 18 years and older. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at registration, no exceptions.

3. Badges

  • Badges must be worn visibly at all times while inside the venue.

  • One-time badge replacement is available for $10 with photo ID. Limit one replacement per attendee.

  • Bliss Con is not responsible for lost or stolen badges beyond the one replacement policy.

4. Programming & Access

  • Access to panels, performances, and other programming is first-come, first-served and subject to room capacity, unless otherwise noted.

  • VIP perks are guaranteed only as described at the time of purchase. Guest schedules and appearances are subject to change without notice.

5. Behavior & Code of Conduct

  • Harassment, discrimination, stalking, or disruptive behavior of any kind will result in removal without refund.

  • “Cosplay is not consent.” Attendees must respect personal boundaries and ask permission before taking close-up photos or engaging physically with others.

  • Aggressive solicitation, unauthorized protests, or any activity that disrupts the Event will not be tolerated.

  • Attendees must comply with instructions from Bliss Con staff, volunteers, and venue personnel at all times.

6. Health & Safety

  • Attendees must follow all venue safety rules, security screenings, emergency procedures, and prohibited item policies.

  • Bliss Con reserves the right to implement additional health or safety measures as conditions require.

7. Prohibited Items & Activities

  • Real weapons, functional firearms, explosives, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

  • Replica or prop weapons must comply with Bliss Con’s Prop Policy and are subject to inspection.

  • Illegal substances, outside alcohol, or unauthorized food/beverage sales are not permitted.

  • Unauthorized vending, solicitation, or flyer distribution outside of designated areas is prohibited.

8. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Attendance at Bliss Con is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • By attending, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks and release Bliss Con, its organizers, staff, volunteers, contractors, and venue partners from any and all liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss occurring before, during, or after the Event.

9. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • Bliss Con reserves the right to change or cancel programming, guests, or schedules at any time. Refunds will not be issued due to schedule changes, guest substitutions, or cancellations outside of the Organizer’s control.

10. Media & Recording

  • Attendance constitutes permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use by Bliss Con.

  • Live-streaming of panels, concerts, or performances is prohibited without prior written authorization.

11. Meet & Greets

  • Meet & Greet sessions are governed by Event rules and may be subject to substitutions or schedule changes.

12. Right to Refuse Entry

  • Bliss Con reserves the right to deny entry or revoke passes at its sole discretion, without refund, for failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or disruptive conduct.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Bliss Con, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
