BLISS-Con Code of Conduct
BLISS-Con is a celebration of BL (Boys Love), GL (Girls Love), and LGBTQ+ media and community. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all attendees, staff, vendors, guests, and talent. By attending, you agree to follow the rules and guidelines below.
1. Age Requirement
BLISS-Con is a strictly 18+ event.
Government-issued photo ID will be required at registration.
Anyone found without a valid ID or under 18 will be removed without refund.
2. Respect & Behavior
Treat all attendees, staff, vendors, and guests with kindness and respect.
Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or targeted hostility will not be tolerated.
Consent is mandatory: Always ask before taking photos, giving hugs, or engaging in physical interaction.
Offensive or disruptive behavior, including intoxication, will result in removal.
3. Harassment & Safety Policy
BLISS-Con has zero tolerance for:
Sexual harassment, stalking, or inappropriate comments.
Harassment or intimidation based on gender identity, sexuality, race, disability, body type, or other personal characteristics.
Repeated unwanted attention (verbal, physical, or digital).
Possession of dangerous weapons or objects.
Anyone engaging in harassment may be immediately removed and banned from future events.
4. Cosplay & Photography Etiquette
Cosplay is not consent: Always ask before touching costumes or taking photos.
Costumes must comply with venue regulations; no nudity or sexually explicit imagery in public spaces.
Keep props safe and peace-tied where applicable.
Photographers must respect personal boundaries and event guidelines.
5. Content Guidelines
As an 18+ event, mature content may be displayed in artist alleys, panels, and events.
Attendees are responsible for their own comfort levels and should review schedules for age-restricted content warnings.
No explicit sexual activity or pornography is permitted in public spaces.
6. Vendor & Guest Guidelines
Vendors, exhibitors, and guests are expected to follow the same behavior policies as attendees.
Selling or distributing adult materials is allowed only within clearly marked spaces, following venue and legal requirements.
Respect autograph and photo policies; cutting in line or harassment of talent will not be tolerated.
7. Alcohol & Substances
Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas if provided.
Illegal drugs, smoking (outside of designated areas), and vaping indoors are prohibited.
8. Reporting & Enforcement
If you feel unsafe or witness a violation:
Report immediately to any staff member or security.
Staff will take reports seriously and ensure swift action.
Violators may be removed without refund and reported to authorities if needed.
9. Accessibility & Inclusion
BLISS-Con is committed to being an inclusive, accessible event for all.
We strive to accommodate disabilities and provide safe spaces for LGBTQ+ attendees.

10. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket and entering BLISS-Con, you agree to:
Follow this Code of Conduct.
Comply with all venue policies, state/federal laws, and staff instructions.
Accept that failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
