Bliss-Con Exhibitor & Vendor Terms and Conditions
1. Contract Acceptance
This Agreement (“Agreement”) becomes binding and effective upon the acceptance of the Exhibitor/Vendor’s application and receipt of payment by Bliss Con (“Organizer”). The applicant, its employees, contractors, and agents are herein collectively referred to as “Exhibitor.” Bliss Con, including its affiliates, directors, and staff, is herein referred to as the “Organizer.” The event itself shall be referred to as the “Exhibition.”
2. Space Assignment
a. Exhibitor table/booth assignments are made solely at the discretion of Organizer. Organizer reserves the right to relocate, reassign, or alter booth/table assignments at any time in the best interest of the Exhibition.
b. Subletting, sharing, or transferring booth/table space without prior written approval from Organizer is strictly prohibited.
c. Booth dimensions, inclusions, and upgrades will be detailed in the Exhibitor Guide. Exhibitors may not exceed their allotted space without prior approval.
3. Payment & Fees
a. Payment must be made in full at the time of application unless otherwise arranged in writing with Organizer.
b. All payments are final and non-refundable.
C. Returned checks or chargebacks will incur administrative fees.
D. The Organizer reserves the right to revoke booth assignments if payment deadlines are missed.
4. Exhibitor Responsibilities
a. Exhibitor shall comply with all rules, regulations, and policies established by Organizer, the venue, and applicable state and local laws.
b. Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and tax registrations (including Maryland sales tax, if applicable).
c. Exhibitor must confine all activities, merchandise, displays, and staff to the designated booth/table area.
D. Exhibitors are responsible for equipment, signage, and ensuring a staffed presence during show hours.
E. Items left after dismantling deadlines may be discarded at the Exhibitor’s expense.
5. Prohibited Activities
a. Sale of counterfeit, bootlegged, or unauthorized merchandise is prohibited.
b. Exhibitor may not sell or distribute items in violation of intellectual property laws, state/local laws, or venue policies.
c. NO Food and beverage sales.
D. No live animals, open flames, or hazardous materials without approval.
E. Adult content must comply with venue and local laws and be displayed responsibly.
F. Noise or lighting must not disrupt other booths.
6. Installation & Dismantling
a. Exhibitors must adhere to posted load-in and load-out schedules provided by Organizer provided to approved vendors.
b. Booths/tables must be staffed during all official Exhibition hours. Early dismantling or abandonment of space is prohibited without Organizer’s written consent.
C. Use of dollies and freight areas must follow venue policies.
D. All trash and packing materials must be removed at the event's end.
7. Care of Facility
Exhibitor shall not deface, damage, or otherwise harm venue property. Exhibitors will be responsible for any costs of repair, replacement, or cleaning due to misuse of the premises. Cleaning fees may apply for excessive waste or misuse.

8. Insurance & Liability
a. Exhibitor participates at its own risk. Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the Exhibition.
b. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to obtain general liability insurance naming Bliss Con and the venue as additional insureds.
C. Exhibitors are responsible for securing valuables.
9. Indemnification
Exhibitor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Organizer, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Exhibitor’s participation, including but not limited to: (i) product liability; (ii) infringement of rights; or (iii) personal injury or property damage caused by Exhibitor or its representatives.
10. Force Majeure & Event Cancellation
Organizer shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, labor disputes, power outages, or venue unavailability. In such case, Organizer may cancel, reschedule, or modify the Exhibition without liability. At Organizer’s sole discretion, partial credits may be offered for future events, but no refunds are guaranteed.
11. Compliance with Laws
Exhibitor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, including those of the State of Maryland.
12. Termination of Agreement
Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke Exhibitor’s participation without refund if Exhibitor violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in unsafe or disruptive conduct, or fails to comply with Organizer’s instructions.
13. Miscellaneous
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Exhibitor and Organizer.
b. No amendment or modification shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
c. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, union labor rules, and safety codes. Organizer is not responsible for penalties due to violations.
14. SECURITY
overnight security in the venue, and no one outside of official staff will be permitted on the floor outside of operational hours and once the show has closed for the evening. All necessities, cash, and personal affects must be taken off-site when exiting after the show closes each evening. No admittance will be allowed to the show floor once it has closed.
15. Intellectual Property & Media Usage
A. Exhibitors grant Organizer permission to use their name, logo, and booth images for promotional purposes.
B. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their displays and products do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
16. Health & Safety
Exhibitors agree to follow all Organizer, venue, or government-issued health and safety protocols.
17. Assignment
Exhibitors may not assign this Agreement without written consent from the Organizer.
18. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first go through negotiation, then binding arbitration in Maryland under AAA rules.
20. Limitation of Liability
Organizer’s liability is limited to fees paid under this Agreement. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
21. Severability & Survival
Invalid provisions do not void the Agreement. Indemnity, liability, and IP clauses survive termination.
22. Acknowledgment of Terms
By applying or participating, Exhibitors confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
